Apply the Saudi Patient Safety Center Sentinel Event Reporting and Management Policy effective 1 January 2025: recognise sentinel events; take immediate safety action; preserve evidence; report through required routes and timescales; communicate with patients and families; conduct systems-based analysis; create strong corrective actions; and monitor effectiveness against the 2025 Patient Safety Standards.
