Inspection-ready, every day.
Daily checks, staff training and the law behind each one, for hotels, restaurants and commercial laundries in Cyprus.
Run room, kitchen, pool and laundry checks on a phone. A failed check becomes an action with an owner and a date. New staff get their first-day induction and courses, with certificates. And when a hotel or clinic asks your laundry for proof, you send one link.
Built for the way you work
Hotels and tourist accommodation: Every room, kitchen and pool check, on a phone
Housekeeping, maintenance and kitchen teams tick their checks with a photo. Anything that fails becomes an action for a named person, and the manager sees what is overdue.
- Scheduled checks for rooms, kitchens, the pool plant and fire equipment
- Guest, staff and contractor incidents in one register
- First-day induction and courses for seasonal staff, with certificates
- Fire safety: risk assessments, drills and equipment checks
Restaurants and catering: Your food safety procedure, kept up every shift
Fridge and cooking temperatures, cleaning rounds and deliveries are checked on a phone, so the record is there when the inspector asks for it.
- Temperature, cleaning and delivery checks with photos
- Training and induction for kitchen and floor staff, with certificates
- Corrective actions when a reading is out of range
- Incidents and near misses, including guest illness complaints
Commercial laundry: Process checks your clients can see
Record each batch: programme, load, temperature and dosing. Keep chemical risk assessments, machine checks and staff training in one place, and share what your hotel and clinic clients ask for through one link.
- Batch and machine checks, with a photo when something is wrong
- Chemical risk assessments in the risk register
- Staff training and induction, with certificates
- A share link per client: they open it without an account and see only what you chose
Free checkers, no account needed

Prove it to your clients with one link
A laundry that serves hotels and clinics is asked the same questions by every client. Create a share link for each client from your company profile. Can my laundry share its compliance with a hotel or clinic?
A laundry that serves hotels and clinics is asked the same questions by every client. Create a share link for each client from your company profile. They open it without an account and see only what you ticked: your credentials and documents, your staff training certificates, and how your compliance catalogue covers the law. In the app: Settings, then Company profile, then Share with a client.
AccrediMe helps you organise and evidence your compliance. It is not legal advice, and it does not replace an inspection by the competent authority. Law content covers Cyprus and EU law only.
