Inductions, toolbox talks and training, with a certificate for every completion

Adopt the ready-made site induction or build your own, and it goes to your subcontractors' operatives as they are added. Assign toolbox talks and courses to a person, a department or a job role with a due date. Every completion issues a certificate anyone can check by QR, and the training matrix shows who is in date.

A site induction, ready to adopt. Adopt the ready-made UK construction site induction - site rules and welfare, PPE, emergency and fire procedure, first aid and accident reporting - or build your own from documents to read, courses, credentials to upload and sign-offs.

Inductions that reach subcontractors' operatives. When you add a subcontractor's worker, your published induction is sent to them. They complete it on their phone from a link, with no login, and the completed induction - with its expiry - is what the site QR check reads before it shows Admitted.

Toolbox talks and courses, with a due date. Write a short talk in the course editor, build one from your own notes, or adopt a course from the AccrediMe library as courses for your trade are published. Assign it to a person, a department or a job role with a due date.

Courses from your own documents. Upload your own policies, procedures or method statements and AI drafts a course from them. If a document has too little readable text, it says so rather than padding the course with general knowledge.

A certificate for every completion. Each completion issues a certificate with a reference and a QR code. Anyone can check it without a login and see whether it is valid, expired or revoked. Where a course has a renewal period, the certificate carries its expiry date.

A training matrix of who is in date. See each course's assigned, completed and overdue numbers, and export the matrix of people by course - status, due date, completion and renewal date - as a spreadsheet or a PDF.

Onboarding packs for new starters, and courses adopted from a library written for your country or built from your own policies - assigned by person, department or job role with a due date. Every completion issues a certificate, with an expiry where the course has one, and the matrix shows who has completed what and who is overdue.
