Simple, transparent pricing by organisation size
AccrediMe sells two packages to healthcare organisations, each priced by size: a clinic, a care group or a hospital. Training & Onboarding holds exactly two modules: country-specific mandatory training with quizzes, certificates and expiry tracking, and onboarding programmes with competency records. Compliance adds incident reporting, risk management, inspections and audits, corrective actions, controlled documents, fire safety and contractor management to the same two.
Prices are monthly and exclude VAT, which is added at checkout for organisations in the European Union. Every package includes a number of full and participant seats; extra seats are billed per seat at the same price whatever the package. There is no setup fee and no minimum term; you can add or remove seats as your headcount changes.

Annual billing: the package fee is billed at ten months (two free); seats stay at the monthly rate. All prices in EUR, exclusive of tax. VAT/sales tax is calculated at checkout from your billing address; EU businesses can enter a VAT ID for reverse charge. Training & Onboarding starts with a 14-day free trial, no card needed. Compliance is bought outright, without a trial.
